Gnel Sanosyan is a geographer and a member of the public scientific organization “Armenian Geographical Society,” with extensive experience in the field of public administration.
He graduated from the Faculty of Geography of Yerevan State University, specializing in natural resource management and environmental protection. Over the years, he has held a number of high-ranking government positions, including Deputy Minister of Environment of the Republic of Armenia, Governor of Gegharkunik Province, and Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia. Currently, he serves as the Representative of the RA Government and a member of the Board of Directors of Lydian Armenia.
Gnel Sanosyan also has extensive experience in academia and education. He has been awarded the 2nd Class Medal “For Services to the Homeland” and the “Mkhitar Gosh” Medal.
