Robust Armenia 2026 has successfully wrapped up, marking the third consecutive year of the conference organized by Mediamax. This year’s event was held in partnership with Lydian Armenia, Ameriabank, and Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine.
Ahead of COP17, this year’s theme — “Business and Nature” — brought together discussions on the opportunities and challenges of aligning economic growth with environmental responsibility. For Lydian Armenia, this is both timely and a core principle that has guided our work from the start. We remain committed to responsible mining, balancing development with strong environmental stewardship.
He also presented our Potential Prophiranta conservation program, implemented in partnership with the Cambridge University and the Institute of Botany of RA — a unique and exemplary initiative for biodiversity conservation in the mining sector.
Our Sustainable Development Manager, Arthur Pepanyan, participated in the panel discussion “Business, Nature and Biodiversity: Contradiction or Opportunity for Cooperation?” and shared Lydian Armenia’s approach to managing and minimizing environmental and biodiversity impacts.
